Our staffs are at the heart of our business so we take their well-being very seriously and recognise that as an employer we play a major part in maintaining this for example we have strong health and safety procedures (e.g. meeting VDU legislation) and systems to ensure we operate to the highest health and safety standards.
We are committed to continual development and advancement of our staff and encourage staff to enrol and study for professional examination.
We ensure that our staffs are provided with all the necessary equipment required to enable them to perform their job efficiently. This includes providing remote access facility on their laptops so that they can access any files/programmes they might require whilst they are working off-site.
